First I undertake an in-depth audit of your channels to see how you’re currently performing – what is working well, what could be improved and how you compare to competitors. Next I deliver a strategy workshop where we agree on goals, target audience and tone of voice. I then write up the strategy with the agreed goals, the tactics to achieve those goals, KPIs, how to measure success etc. Once the strategy is signed off, I present the strategy to key stakeholders ready for them to implement it.
